Good weather must be on the horizon!! Wed 7th Mar

Spring must be on its way! Every year after a long time in hibernation that big yellow thing in the sky decides to show its face, and when this happens there is nothing better than digging out those shorts and short sleaved jersey. But the bit we all look forward to the most is dusting off the best bike. We all know there is nothing worse than being out on the best bike and a problem occouring, so thats why now is the perfect time to get a spring service. The spring service will include a full strip down(including headset and bottom bracket),clean and a new roll of black or white cork bar tape for ONLY £55!! So when you turn up on your first club ride everyone will think you have a brand new bike and you can enjoy riding in the nice weather that is on its way.

The £55 spring service

A full strip down and re-grease including your headset, bottom bracket and seatpost.
Full clean up of the bike including the whole transmission.
Polish of the frame
A new roll of black or white cork bartape (if you would like specific colour or brand I can get them for you and the difference will be added to the bill)
I will let you know if any other parts need replacing and how much it will cost, and let you decide if you want to me to replace them

Spring Services!! Wed 29th Feb

Its been a busy couple of weeks since I returned from my recent holiday in Lanzarote. Since then I've been busy and have worked on lots of road, mountain, hybrid cycles and even serviced my first pair of matching Brompton bike! Last week I went to the Maddison ICE bike exhibition and saw lots of new bikes and products that will be available in 2012. I was impressed with the new Ultegra Di2 groupset and have the documentation to learn how to fit it. The weather is improving, Sportives and racing has already started so If your bike needs a Spring tune up give me a call or e-mail.
